Turning useless into useful and beautiful

Brazilian women living in Europe and their fashion and recycling initiatives

Journalist Angela Bia Roman interviewed the founder of SICA for issue #06 of URDUME  magazine from Curitiba.

URDUME is an initiative for research, practice and dissemination of knowledge on manual textile arts, plurality and hand time. This initiative, in addition to courses and research, includes periodical publications taking the name of the initiative. URDUME believes in the inspiring potential of art, stimulating textile manualities and the search for self-awareness of everyday artistic expressions.

All editions are available for download through the website https://www.urdume.com.br, being the #06 diagram edition in A4 format. The conventional sulfite sheet pattern allows it to be printed with ease. It can also be easily bound in a local print shop with a simple spiral.

Besides our interview, the magazine is full of interesting topics!
